OSHC
At Yarrambat Primary School OSHC, we base our program on the ‘My Time, Our Place’ Early Years Learning Framework and provide the children with a variety of exciting recreational activities and learning experiences. Our program is flexible and child-focused, combining varied planned activities with free play.
Through play, role-modelling and ongoing support our experienced educators strive to build children’s resilience, whilst fostering and supporting their mental health and wellbeing.
Children have access to a range of board games, books, hama beads, art & craft materials, Lego, puppets & dolls, construction blocks and sporting equipment. Educators also plan for weekly group experiences such as cooking, celebration day craft, STEM and Science activities and so much more.
Opportunities for our educators to listen to your child read or help them with homework are also available in the afternoons.
We offer children a range of healthy and nutritious breakfast options including toast, porridge, weetbix, muffins, yogurt and fruit. Our snacks in the afternoon comprise of sandwiches, pasta, wraps, pizza, hotdogs and fresh fruit platters, all of which we alternate regularly.
Prices and Times
Before Care: 7.00am to 8.45am $25.00 (incl. Breakfast)
After Care: 3.30pm – 6pm $25.00 (incl. snack & fruit)
OSHC is closed during school holidays, public holidays and student free curriculum days.
There is a $10.00 Annual Family Administration Enrolment Fee per family each year.
